Reservations are required, as we do not accept drop-ins. Groups are encouraged to reserve well in advance to insure availability of space.

Reservations will be held for 14 days or until 15 days prior to arrival, whichever occurs soonest, by which time a non-refundable deposit of 50% must be received.
Upon receipt of deposit, a confirmation letter and/or email will be sent.
The balance is due 15 days prior to arrival. If balance has not been received by due date, the reservation will be cancelled, and the deposit will not be refunded.
Full payment is required for reservations made less than 15 days prior to arrival and availability of space on short notice can only be handled on a case by case basis.
We know Texas weather can sometimes be rough and unpredictable. Consequently, we carefully consult with guests before any decisions are made to cancel a trip. For a weather cancellation, a credit is automatically given for a future trip. As a precondition, it must be understood that once booked, full refunds are not granted for weather cancellations.
Because of our small size, cancellations affect us greatly. Due to the nature of our business, a last-minute cancellation leaves us little chance of filling your reserved spot. For these reasons, we must uphold a strict cancellation policy.
Cancellations made at least 60 days prior to arrival are transferable and may be refundable, if Harborwalk Lodge is able to re-book the space.
Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival are transferable, provided that the original dates can be re-booked. Guests can be replaced or substituted at any time but refunds are not possible for no–shows.
After 30 days prior to arrival, no refund is possible, regardless of the reason for cancellation or early departure.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check-in is after 4 PM and all stays begin with hors d'oeuvres and dinner. Check-out is before 2 PM on the day of departure. This will give housekeepers time to prepare the lodge for incoming guests.
Harborwalk Lodge does not have a liquor license, but beer and wine are available. Stronger spirits are the guests' responsibility ~ all are welcome to bring their own.
Special dietary needs can be addressed with some advanced notice.
