This 12'x11'room has 2 full size beds, a tub. It has 1 window with view on the front parking lot. The room has a ceiling fan and its own climate control, a TV, coffee maker, a desk, and a safe. It accomodates 2 adults nicely with 2 small children aged up to 12. We do not allow more than 2 adults in the room.
